Questions
What is Synagy?
Synagy builds games, mods and structures from a description, with AI agents running on our servers. It works inside Minecraft, Unity and Roblox Studio. You describe what you want, check a plan with a price in credits, and Synagy builds and tests it. Synagy is a beta.
Is Synagy free?
Right now, yes. Synagy is a free beta: payments are paused and nothing is charged. Every account gets 25 free credits a day for builds on free AI models. Paid plans may come later; pricing shows the current state.
How do credits work?
Building costs credits. Before something is built, Synagy shows a price or range, and we never charge more than that range. Parts that fail are free. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Bonus credits expire after 30 days unless we say otherwise.
Which games and engines does it support?
Minecraft Java Edition with Fabric, Unity 6 and Roblox Studio, each with the Synagy window built in. One free Synagy app sets them up. With the MCP server, your own agent can also work in Blender, and Unreal Engine as a preview.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The agents write the code, and you describe what you want in plain words. It is still your project, so you can look at everything and change it yourself at any time.
What is MCP and do I need it?
MCP is a standard that lets an AI agent use tools. You do not need it: the Synagy window works without any agent. It is for people who already use Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and want that agent to work in their editor. See the MCP page.
Can I use my own AI agent with Synagy?
Yes. The free Synagy MCP server lets Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, Hermes and other agents work in Unity, Roblox Studio and Blender. Your agent does the thinking at your AI provider, so no Synagy credits are used.
Can I use Synagy from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, through the remote connector at api.synagy.org/mcp. Sign in with your Synagy account and ask for models, sprites, sounds or games. This uses Synagy credits, shown first. It does not change your engine projects.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only buy credits with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Accounts are one per person.
Who owns what Synagy makes for me?
You keep the rights to what you write and upload. Games, code, textures and models Synagy builds for you are yours to use, including commercially, as far as we hold rights in them. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright. Minecraft mods are released under the MIT License and may not be sold.
Does Synagy change my project files?
Yes, when you ask it to. In Unity, Roblox Studio and other editors it creates, changes and deletes files and objects and runs code with your user rights. Make a backup or use version control first, and check changes before you publish them.
What happens to my prompts and data?
Prompts, plans and project data are processed on our servers in Germany and sent to the AI models you pick. For paid models we ask providers not to store or train on them; providers of free models may. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Details are in the privacy policy.
What if a build fails?
A part that fails costs nothing. Synagy compiles and playtests what it builds and fixes errors itself, and you see the price before anything starts. If something still looks wrong, tell us on X or by email.
Is Synagy made by Roblox, Unity or Mojang?
No. Synagy is independent. Roblox, Unity and Minecraft are trademarks of their owners, and Synagy is not an official product of or approved by Roblox Corporation, Unity Technologies, Mojang or Microsoft.
Who is behind Synagy and how do I reach you?
Two people in Germany build Synagy in public. Write to contact@synagy.org in German or English, or follow along on X at @synagy_games. The imprint has the legal details.
